Water Immersion

Water Immersion Retort is commonly used sterilization equipment, in which products are totally submerged in water, such as bathing in water, hence known as Water Immersion Retort or Water Bath Retort.

Water immersion processing is extremely efficient for heat-sensitive products such as milk-based drinks and soups, rotating processing provides even better product quality and process efficiency. The water immersion process is similar to a saturated steam process in that the product is totally isolated from any influence of cooling air
