Control Systems

Control systems can be manual, semi-automatic and PLC and MMI based fully automatic. In fully automatic retort pneumatically actuated solenoid operated angle valves ensure the process carried confirming to preprogrammed sequence in a nonchalant manner. The programmers are password protected and are amenable for changes; modifications in direct and remote uploading.

AVCON valves which are best in the market are fitted wherever required.

We employ a PLC and MMI based control system that results in automation in true sense of the term. The operator can choose a preprogrammed recipe, modify the present one and needs to just switch on the start button and be a mere spectator during the entire process, The data, valve status and process duration are displayed in live mode. The data for each cycle in digital format can be seen, transferred to PC/laptop stored in memory, retrieved and printed.
